By using Slipmat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3) The Service
Slipmat provides live streaming pages, chat, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
4) Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
5) Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload, stream, or post. You grant Slipmat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have all rights needed to post your content.
6) Acceptable use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, infringe rights, attempt to disrupt the Service, or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.
7) Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Slipmat offers subscriptions and one-off purchases. Fees are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Refunds are not offered except where required by law.
8) EU/EEA consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online service contracts.
At checkout you must explicitly request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that once access begins, you waive your right of withdrawal.
If a valid withdrawal applies, we refund within the legal timeframe.
9) Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
10) Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided \"as is\" and \"as available.\" We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slipmat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new \"Last updated\" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
